Leadership Conference 2018: Re-Boot Camp

“We foster a positive work environment by treating everyone with utmost respect.”

PHINMA Core Value: Professionalism

Last January 6-7, 2018, the PHINMA National Scholarship (PNS) held its annual leadership conference in Piňa Colina Resort, Tagaytay City. The theme for this year was Re-boot Camp.

During the three-day conference, the scholars of PNS went through various challenges and activities that focused on different aspects of personal development, wellness, and teamwork. Some of the core topics were about financial management, health management, professional development, and self-management. Through these sessions, the scholars learned more about themselves, how to improve their skills, and how to relate to others better.

Several employees and alumni volunteers of the Big Brother and Big Sister Program also attended the event. These Ates and Kuyas serve as the mentors of the PNS Scholars. The conference was facilitated and organized by the members of the PHINMA National Scholarship Alumni Association.
